Meeting the demands of a growing company

Starting in 1997 with a three-barrel DME brewhouse at the Lone Star Brewing company, and growing to the Gahan House Brewery in 2000 and 7 barrel DME brewhouse, the Gahan brand continue to grow. By 2008 a new 20 BBL DME Brewhouse was commissioned lead to the formation of the PEI Brewing Company in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. The 20bbl quickly ran out of capacity and a new 40 hectolitre four vessel DME production brewery was commissioned in 2013 at a new location in Charlottetown.

The Gahan brand continued to grow with the opening of more brewpubs. Three brewpubs operate in New Brunswick, Gahan House Riverside in Fredericton, Gahan House Port City in Saint John and Gahan House Hub City in Moncton. Halifax, Nova Scotia is home to Gahan House Nova Centre and St. John’s Newfoundland is home for Gahan House Harbourview. All locations operate DME brewhouses.
