When Paradigm Brewing first began their journey to become one of the most beautiful new breweries in Texas, they reached out to DME to explain their brewing needs and discuss what was important to them as a company and as a brewery. DME worked closely with the team at Paradigm and the result was a beautiful 3 vessel 30BBL brewhouse with 90BBL hot and cold liquor tanks complete with pneumatic valves and automated liquor blending and wort cooling. The system was accompanied by 6x 60BBL FV’s and 3x 60BBL Bright tanks.

Success came quickly to Paradigm Brewing and after successful completion and installation of their new brewhouse they were ready for expansion with 4x DME 120BBL fermenters ordered less than a year after opening day.
